Returns Policy

Because our coffee is shipped fresh, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please Contact Us —we’ll make it right.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with your name and order number. We’ll respond promptly with instructions and, when applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Ship Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
(We are closed on weekends and most national holidays.)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates after your order has shipped:

  • Standard (Economy): 2–5 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day
