Because our coffee products are shipped fresh, they are not returnable unless unopened, or if there is a problem with the shipment (eg the packaging is damaged en route, or if the wrong item gets shipped by accident). Unopened packages of coffee may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
If you need to return an order or receive a replacement, please Contact Us for a return authorization and return instructions (please include your name and order number).
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, or how to arrange for replacement -- in many cases we are happy to ship a replacement at no charge.
We ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex -- the selection depends upon the size/weight of the package, and how far it is being shipped. All shipping charges will be shown to you in your shopping cart during checkout, and can be seen before you submit final payment.
We generally ship within 1 business day of receiving an order (note that we are closed on Saturday, Sunday and most national holidays). The timing below is an estimate of the number of days your package will spend in transit after it has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received, and then a second email once it ships. On the second email, there will be a tracking number available to track your shipment.
