Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free
Ingredients:
Brownies
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup plant milk (unsweetened)
Chocolate Ganache
- 3/4 cup plant milk (unsweetened)
- 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Brownies
- Preheat the oven to 350 ºF and get your silicone brownie pan ready.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except milk.
- Then whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared brownie pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake them.
- Invert the pan and let the brownies rest while you make the ganache.
Chocolate Ganache
- Microwave the milk in a Pyrex cup for 1 minute.
- Add the chocolate, salt and vanilla extract and whisk until all chocolate is melted. If needed, microwave for another 20-30 seconds.
- Let the ganache cool down slightly, then pour it over the brownies, cut and enjoy with a nice cup of coffee!
