Nice aroma and flavor
I ordered the Fudge Nut Brownie variety of this coffee from Enchanted Brew. I always love flavored coffees that have chocolate in them. When you open the bag you immediately notice the pleasant aroma with the notes of chocolate fudge. Fortunately when I brewed a pot of this coffee I was not disappointed by the flavor either. The taste is very satisfying by itself, but I added Stevia and some milk to enhance the sweetness. This is a great coffee to pair with a pastry or biscotti. I have enjoyed drinking this with my breakfast in the morning this week. Unfortunately the bag is only 8 ounces, so I will need to order more soon. I hope Enchanted Brew will start selling 16-ounce bags of this coffee at a better price per ounce.

Unique and surprising
This medium roast coffee has a fantastic scent when you open the bag. We went with the Fudge Brownie (since we love coffee and brownies). They recommended a hotter and stronger brew so as a test we used our Keurig refillable cup and did a full boil pour to note the differences. We did find the full boil pour provided a richer taste but both were quite good. As always with new coffees we try them first black, then with a dash of stevia then add a touch of milk and finally a foam pour over. From first sip to last it is a very good coffee and the taste is unique and surprising. At its core you do have a medium roast but the fudge brownie notes almost give it a "dark roast" type presentation but you are hit with this notes of rich brownie/chocolate that fuse so well with the coffee itself that we found ourselves going back for multiple sips at each stage and going, "ahhh there it is! yum!" This is the type of coffee that would complement a good chocolate or vanilla based dessert along with tasting great on its own.
