Chia Pudding
Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free
Prep: 5 min, Chill: 2 hours, Total: 2 hours 10 min, Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (4 Tbsps) chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened
- 2 tsps maple syrup, optional
- Fruits for topping
- jars or glasses for serving
Instructions:
- Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.
- Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Cover the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, give the chia pudding another stir and top with your favorite fruit.
