Chocolate Covered Blueberries
Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free, Flourless

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup large blueberries (49)
- 1 cup dark vegan chocolate chips
- chia seeds for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
- Place blueberries in "nests" of 7 on waxed paper placed on a cutting board. Set aside.
- Microwave chocolate chips in a Pyrex measuring cup for 30 seconds, stir. Microwave again for about 10 seconds and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spoon melted chocolate over blueberry nests and sprinkle with chia seeds, if desired.
- Put in the freezer for about an hour or until the chocolate sets. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for a couple of days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
