​Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free

Prep: 2 min, Assembly: 1 min, Total: 3 min, Makes: 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, unsweetened
  • ice cubes (as much or as little you want)
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin spice flavored coffee, chilled
  • non-dairy whipped cream (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice to sprinkle on top (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Froth milk either in a milk frother or with a milk frothing wand. Set aside.
  2. Add ice cubes to a large glass.
  3. Pour the chilled pumpkin spiced flavored coffee over the ice.
  4. Next, pour in the frothed milk.
  5. Top the latte with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

Note: If you do not have Pumkin Spice coffee, add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée to the coffee and blend it well before adding ice and the rest of the ingredients.
