​Overnight Chia Oats

Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free, No-cook

Prep: 5 min, Chill: 4 hours, Total: 4 hours 5 minutes, Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup GF rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup plant milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 T chia seeds, heaping
  • ½-1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fruit, fresh or frozen

Instructions:

  1. In bowl or jar, stir together all ingredients, except for the fruit. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. In the morning, take the mixture from the fridge, mix thoroughly, add to jars and top with fruit.
