Peanut Butter Power Balls
Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free, No Added Sugar, No-bake
Prep: 2 min, Total: 10 min, Yields: 14 2.5-inch Power Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 cups GF old fashioned rolled oats (more if needed to adjust consistency)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4 Tbsps vegan chocolate mini chips
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into large balls, about 2.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the finished power balls in containers with lids and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer.
