Peanut Butter Power Balls

Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free, No Added Sugar, No-bake

Prep: 2 min, Total: 10 min, Yields: 14 2.5-inch Power Balls 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups GF old fashioned rolled oats (more if needed to adjust consistency)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsps vegan chocolate mini chips

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into large balls, about 2.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Place the finished power balls in containers with lids and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer.
